Angela Keeshie Sampaga was the birth name given upon my parent's choice
She said, i cried softly like whispers of a wind breeze
Each time I see her and hear her voice,
A smile appears, as sweet as cotton candies

As far as my memory can remember,
I always see her shadow following me wherever I go,
But I became independent and strong like a loud thunder,
It's because she teaches me good things as I grow

As i become mature, smart and responsible
I begun to love capturing the moments and appreciating God's creation
I learned to fight on my own
Facing my fears, mastering skills and education I have

Yes the ball is my therapy and dancing is my drug
My friends call me tiny but I move quickly like a rocket pacing into space
Sometimes soft and gentle like the waves rolling unto the shore
And when sad, moody, only ice cream can ease and replace

Last September 30, 2017 we  had our Field Demo. All of the Junior High School students in ACT participated. We we're all so busy preparing our costumes, props, and any other things for the Field Demo. We we're all assigned in different themes. Our is Spaniards. So we prepared a dance related to the Spaniards. We danced Sinulog. Although our performance wasn't perfect, we had fun performing. After all the grade levels performed, all of the students gather at the quadrangle for the FLY HIGH. It was really a fun and awesome day.

NUTRI-JINGLE CONTEST

                                                 

                                                                Nutri-Jingle Contest 2017
                Nutri-Jingle Contest was part of the Nutrition Month Culminating Activity. All the grade levels prepared yell. Early in the morning, after the nutri-walk, we performed our yell. We were the first to perform.
We ranked 7th. The grade 10 Perseverance was the winner. It was a very fun and exciting day.

Nutrition Month Culminating Activity 2017

                    On July 28, 2017, we had our Nutrition Month Culminating Activity. It was a fun and exciting day. We also had the Nutri Jingle Contest, all the grade levels performed. The 1st placer was the grade 10 Perseverance. We placed 7th on the Nutri Jingle Contest. Even though we didn't win, we all still did a great job. We also had the Nutri Chef Contest, each grade levels had 1 representative. They prepared some healthy delicious meals. And at the end the judges picked a winner. And the winner was Trisha Selma and Leila Barniego from grade 10- Perseverance. That's all what happened in the morning. And in the afternoon, we had the Mr and Ms Healthy. Each grade levels had 2 representatives. They wore recycled clothes representing their chosen fruits. They we're all creative in making their costumes. "BOSS BABY"

                    One day, there was a boy named Tim Templeton. He is the only child of his parents.
He really loves his parents. Until one day a baby named Theodore Lindey Templeton came to their
life. At first, he felt jealous. But as the time goes by, Tim and the Boss Baby learn to love and understand each other. Tim helped the Boss Baby do his work. At the end, Boss Baby's mission was accomplished and the Boss Baby was sent to Tim's family again but not as a Boss Baby anymore.

                My life without technology is so hard, because we can't easily research informations we need to know. Technology is so important to us. Without technology, life wouldn't be easy. The importance of technology in our daily lives is undeniable.


                Technology has important effect on business operations. Technological infrastructure affects the culture, efficiency and relationships of a business. Technology makes the business industry more easy and accessible. In general, technology did a great to the lives of the people.
